The above confession helps us remember that the most important things begin so far inside we can hardly hear them ourselves at first, or we keep the most important things so tucked away that they barely have a chance to grow.  This confession is the heart cloud of a living being, catching herself alive in a moment that has repeated itself in everyone who has ever known or wanted to know love.

Reflection:

Read the above (less than 5 mins). Take a moment to go far inside yourself. Take a few breaths to listen to yourself. Go into what you tuck away from your day-to-day self. Now let yourself “confess” what is important to you. Set a 5 minute timer to journal about what is important to you. Then stop writing. Set another 5 minute timer and review your writing and create a “confession,” revealing to the universe what you truly value. Then stop writing. Review this confession and breathe with your hand over your heart for 5 minutes.
